Office moving questions
Can the move happen after hours or on a weekend?
Yes. Turn on after-hours or weekend moving in the form, and carriers who work those hours will bid with that schedule.
Will movers reconnect computers and the network?
Movers move the equipment; reconnecting networks is usually done by your IT team or vendor. If you need setup help, say so in the details, or post the job as a corporate relocation, which includes IT and network setup as an option.
How do I describe the size of the move?
The form uses three measures carriers understand: a square footage range, the number of workstations and the number of large furniture items. A floor plan or photos help even more.
How does payment work for a business?
You pay the accepted bid plus the 10% AllShip service fee, and Stripe holds it in escrow. The carrier is paid after you confirm delivery, or automatically 72 hours after delivery if you have not opened a dispute.
