What happens next

Posting takes a few minutes. You confirm your email once, the load goes live and carriers can start bidding.

  1. Today, about 3 minutes

    You post the load

Route, dates and what is moving. Free, and you can edit it until you book.

  2. Usually within hours

    Verified carriers bid

Each bid shows the carrier's price, dates, FMCSA status and reviews. Ask questions in chat first.

  3. When you choose

    Accept and pay into escrow

You pay the bid plus the 10% service fee. Stripe holds it; the carrier is not paid yet.

  4. On the day

    Follow the trip

The driver starts the trip, confirms pickup with photos and shares a live location.

  5. After delivery

Confirm, then the carrier is paid

Delivery comes with photos and a signature. Confirm it, or it auto-confirms after 72 hours with no dispute.

Moving load: common questions

Is it free to post a move?

Yes. Posting and receiving bids is free. You pay only if you accept a bid.

Should I post for bids or use instant prices?

Instant prices on the moving page come from movers' published rates and work for standard home moves. Post here when your move has special items, tricky access or flexible dates, and let movers price it.

What protection do I get?

Interstate movers must offer released value and full value protection. Ask for full value protection in your notes, and your payment stays in escrow until delivery.

When do I pay?

You pay when you accept a bid: the carrier's price plus the 10% service fee. Stripe holds it, and the carrier is paid after you confirm delivery or 72 hours pass without a dispute.
